Farouk is a Professional Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with eight (8) years of experience dedicated to tracking and reporting, and five (5) years of experience in conducting research, implementation and development of frameworks of programs.

 

Designing holistic M&E and performance monitoring plans has required him to work collaboratively with and regularly interface with different stakeholders, actors, partners, and community members, especially those who are consistently marginalized. To ensure practical and sustainable outcomes, he has developed skills over the years to determine the major deliverables, define the success criteria, design in-depth monitoring and evaluation guidelines, as well as develop budgets to guide the implementation of M&E plans.

 

Farouk has an MSc. in Health Informatics from the School of Public Health, University of Ghana, Legon.
